I'm taking a chance and writing this review before I've even had the service completed. I'm just so impressed with Cory's no nonsense approach. He answered all my questions directly. I called for one type of service and learned that he provided another type of service that I need, but he looked out for me (and my pocket) and recommended I wait until next spring for that particular service. I just feel confident he's going to live up to the 5 star ratings he has already accumulated. If not, I'll update my review, but I don't think I'll have to ;-)

Corey saved us thousands and thousands of dollars by coming and doing a detailed pest inspection of a home we had an accepted offer on! You would have never thought by looking at the home it would be a health hazard but he found pests in the attic that had ruined our insulation and it could have cost severe respiratory concerns for our family! Wonderful experience with this company! Heard some scratching noises seemingly above our ceiling, called Best in Class, they were out the next day. They did a complete walk around of the exterior, got up in the attic spaces, investigated anything suspicious, and ultimately determined that nothing was getting in the house. Great news and no charge for the service call since no action was necessary! They left instructions of how to monitor the situation, and if anything happens, promised they would be back ASAP and take care of whatever it was. I can't recommend Best in Class Pest Solutions enough!

Found Hundreds of tiny tick looking bugs on our Christmas tree skirt. Called Corey based on the reviews and he lived up to the 5 star reviews. I was able to send him pictures and he was able to put my families minds at ease when he confirmed that they were not ticks. He has earned a spot at the top of our list for future pest solutions. His prices are far better than any of the big names and he wont over prescribe your situation.
